Our Project Managers deliver decades of experience in the flooring industry, including an understanding of what’s important to Facility Managers and General Contractors. No matter the size of the project, or the difficulty of the installation, we will guide our clients through each phase of the flooring project plus control the progress by means of on-site management and supervision of the flooring technicians.
 

Estimating
 

In our office and warehouse facility located in Liverpool, we provide a design center and take-off rooms to both our retail and commercial clients. The state-of-the-art FloorRight® Estimating system greatly reduces the time it takes to produce an accurate bid and the potential for errors commonly made with various product widths and designs. In addition with the FloorRight® system, we have the ability to cut carpet “in house”, allowing us to prepare flooring materials before we arrive at the job site - saving our customers time and money. Over the past 50 years, Carpets Wholesale has completed thousands of flooring installations for Corporate, Municipal, Hotels, Casino, Retail, Scholastic and Healthcare Facilities.

Sposato’s Carpets Wholesale division has aligned itself with the best flooring manufacturers in the industry so we can provide flooring materials that stand up to the wear and tear typically found in commercial environments. We work with our clients to determine what floor covering products best fit their applications and once the type of flooring is selected, we will provide a wide range of samples and options to choose from.
 

Preparation and Installation
 

Before any material is laid out, our certified installers take careful steps in making sure the floor is ready for installation. This means working with the facilities manager to patch or repair areas that will compromise the quality of the new flooring. This step is necessary for building a long lasting quality floor in addition to a satisfied customer.

We understand that we are only as good as our installers, so having the best installers gives us an advantage over our competition. How can we claim this? Because of the feedback we have received from past projects and the relationships we have with our installers. Our installers are not only certified Master Mechanics trained by the flooring manufacturers, but they go along with the philosophy of providing a quality flooring experience. Sposato’s Carpets Wholesale Division utilizes installers, sub-contractors and laborers who are able to work any schedule and solve most flooring problems. We don’t consider a job complete until a punch list and walk through is completed and our clients are satisfied.
