Our company has been servicing the Central New York Community for over 50 years. Although our company has changed dramatically over the years our commitment to service and quality remains our top priority.
As one of Central New York's largest independently owned and operated floor covering companies we offer a complete line of name brand high quality commercial and residential products at affordable prices. This site is designed to introduce you to the many commercial and residential flooring products and services that The Sposato Floor Covering Company offers from its Upstate New York Headquarters.
Our family business started in 1952 out of our parents' kitchen as a floor waxing business then quickly grew into a linoleum supply and install operation. Every penny they made was put back into the business. Due to their hard work, attention to detail and true concern to satisfy the customer, their business grew. Their early success forced them to move the business in 1953 to North Salina Street in Syracuse were they began installing not just linoleum but carpet as well. After just 4 years at this location our parents opened a larger store in Mattydale to better service their residential customers. Our parents went from a two man operation, with Mom handling the books, to a fleet of 14, service trucks.
Thanks to our parents' original vision to provide superior quality and service in the flooring industry we have been able to grow from a full service residential flooring company to a full service residential and commercial flooring company. Today, our family business operates out of several facilities with offices based in Liverpool, New York.
We operate our business today just as our parents did in 1952, placing our customer first.
